Event Operations Management
Coordination and execution of all logistical aspects of an event, including venue setup, vendor management, staffing, scheduling, and on-site support. We ensure smooth operations from planning to post-event, focusing on efficiency, attendee experience, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Event Production Timeline
I create and manage detailed timelines, setting deadlines for each task to ensure nothing is overlooked. By coordinating with both the client and vendors, I ensure all milestones are met, keeping the event on track and on time.
Venue Coordination
Handles all aspects of venue selection and booking, including negotiating room rates, attrition, and B&E. Help secure discounted rates for attendees and ensure all necessary information is available through the event site. Also liaise with the venue and manage venue rules and regulations on behalf of the client.
Event Experience Development
I collaborate with clients to turn objectives into engaging event programs. This includes content curation, detailed agenda creation, and ensuring smooth transitions between event segments for a memorable experience.
Budget Management
Produce and manage the client's budget, including tracking costs, negotiating with vendors, making payments, and providing P&L forecasting from planning through the event cycle.
Post Event Evaluation
Post-event assessments, including gathering attendee feedback, sending thank you notes or gifts on behalf of the client, evaluating vendors, and creating a detailed post-event report to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
